Refund and Returns Policy

Sunburned Supply currently sells digital products. No physical item is shipped for a digital-download order.

Digital downloads

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be copied after access is granted, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided.

We will fix actual problems

If a file is corrupt, incomplete, inaccessible, materially different from the product description, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us using the support information in your order email. We will first try to correct the delivery problem and may issue a refund when appropriate.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
